Additional information received from the user:


"I did some experiments and the CPU runs stable  at .9V 3.3gHz (71C, 100W when stress testing with Prime95 in a warm room)


I’ve also tried out ECO mode (lowering the TPD to 65W), but the system seems to run hotter wit this then with the fixed under clocking/under bolting.


I suspect setting a negative voltage offset, and lowering the power draw limits should yield similar performance while allowing single core boosting to higher speeds, but that’s an experiment for another day.


Currently working on getting Linux to boot using only the secondary card so I can hand off the primary card to a VM (unfortunately I can’t coerce the BIOS to use the 1030 for POST and initial boot)."
