Following the current situation around the world, we would like to inform you about orders and shipments.
Orders:
As you probably know, MonsterLabo is based in Belgium. The government asked us to to limit our movements and keep our children at home. Fortunately, we can still work at the lab, but their (adorable) presence will slightly impact the estimated delivery time of orders placed during the confinement. We kindly ask you to be patient and your order will be shipped. Please also note that shipping is still allow inside and outside of UE.
Shipping:
Recently, we decided to work with DHL Parcel, in addition to DHL Express, this to update our shipping costs online, especially for small boxes like accessories. For some countries, DHL Parcel do not delivery "at-the-door" but at DHL checkpoint - about 5km from customers' home. For the concerned countries, we decided to not ship with DHL Parcel in order to avoid any travel from your house to the checkpoint. MonsterLabo will pay the cost difference.
Pre-orders:
Many of you recently pre-ordered our "top fan" option or are waiting for the "smooth top" option. Our manufacturer, which is based in France - at Strasbourg - informed us they will closed their factory today until the situation gets better. Indeed, the supplier is based in a french "cluster" and we totally understand their decision. At the same time, we would appreciate if you could not cancel your pre-orders and wait a little bit more until the production starts again. If necessary, refunds are possible, of course.
Missing items online:
Fortunately, we do have stock for cases, coolings, electronics & accessories. Is only concerned our First in black painting, currently out of stock. It won't be back in stock before the end of the lockdown in France, where is based our supplier. White painting & Black anodised First are still available for those who are looking for a fanless premium PC!
